Question by Jess: What’s the best recommended hair products for brittle, damaged hair?
I’m looking for cheap and not too pricey hair products. Parts of my hair can break easily and I’m looking for a product that will make my hair stronger so it won’t break. Please let me know, it would help a lot. Thank you!

Hair products won’t do that, they’re all money making, unless they’re made of glue.

When you wash your hair with one of those nutrient-rich shampoos, most of the nutrients and active ingredients in the product don’t actually end up in your hair, they wind up down the drain… along with all the money you spent on the shampoo.

It is HOW you use to style your hair or what styling tools that damage the hair, and what chemicals you’re adding to the hair, not the shampoo . If you’re having cavities, or teeth falling out one after another, you don’t change toothpaste.

Honestly. . . .it’s from your good genes, and from all the healthy foods you eat from Mother Nature, not made by man. The hair industry is a billion dollar business, their main job is to make tons of profits, but they do not give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss, due to abuse.

I’ve used the cheapest shampoo, but I have good genes, and my hair is down to my knees. Whatever some hairstylist or people say, it has nothing to do with what is the best or the most expensive. I’m living proof of that.

Spend 5-10 mins. trimming your hair strand per strand, section by section when the sun is shinning so you’ll understand how the hair is split in several places, and not always at the same length. Do it yourself trim, is the best. Use a 2″ folding shears for trimming. I trim my hair 1″ a month, 4″ 2x a year.
I don’t use conditioner, we have soft water, but for your damaged hair, it’s best to use conditioner. Any OTC conditioner, Alberto VO5, Garnier, Suave, Aussie, are all good.
